The project offers on-site training and support facilitated by the Project Coordinators to enable the participants to gain real employment skills. The opportunity to learn in the workplace environment is a key element to this innovative and successful programme. Pobal works on behalf of Government, and in conjunction with communities and local agencies, to support social inclusion and local and community development.Responsibilities:The Coordinatorwill take responsibility for delivering the curriculum, the implementation and successful development of all aspects of the programme.
