Job Title: Entertainment Partnerships Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned partnerships expert to lead our collaboration with entertainment partners across various platforms. This role plays a critical part in amplifying brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership activities.
This role is pivotal in maximising our investment in the music and entertainment space - an increasingly vital channel in a challenging market landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with our brand objectives across our event portfolio.
* Commercial Planning: Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance execution in and around venues and events.
* Contractual Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of entertainment partnerships across all activation platforms, including events and venues.
* Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring our presence is consistent, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment partnerships, venue operators, event organisers, agencies, and procurement partners.
* Brand Activation: Design and manage brand activations, including promotional campaigns, product placements, and experiential marketing initiatives.
* Ticketing and Hospitality Management: Lead the management of ticket allocations and distribution for events, ensuring seamless coordination with internal collaborators and partners to maximise value and access.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for partnership activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all partnership activities adhere to relevant regulations, brand guidelines, and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in partnership management, event coordination, or marketing within the entertainment or FMCG sectors.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present with impact.
* A genuine enthusiasm for music, theatre, and live events.
* Adaptability, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused approach.
