Role Overview
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day scheduling and operational logistics for our energy services business.. You'll be the linchpin between our customers, field teams, and internal departments—ensuring that labour, materials, and stock are aligned to deliver projects on time and to standard.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to forecast and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
* Own the scheduling of installations across your region
* Allocate labour resources based on availability, skillset, and location
* Liaise with stakeholders to confirm labour, materials, stock and availability
Logistics & Stock Management
* Ensure materials and equipment are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time
* Monitor regional stock levels and coordinate replenishment with central warehouse & suppliers
* Flag shortages or delays and implement contingency plans
Forecasting & Planning
* Work with operations and sales teams to forecast labour and material needs
* Identify trends and bottlenecks to improve scheduling efficiency
* Contribute to regional capacity planning and performance reporting
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Communicate daily with installers, assessors, and customer support
* Escalate issues and delays promptly to ensure smooth delivery
* Support onboarding of new field staff with scheduling and logistics setup
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Comfortable working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional performance
* Experience in energy, construction, or field services is a plus
