We are looking for our future UX Researcher to join our Product teams in Dublin and our Global Customer Experience (CX) team. The role is offered as hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week onsite, in our Sandyford office.
What the role entails
Product Team Influence
Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies, and timelines.
Share research findings with product, design, and executive teams in ways that support decisions.
Provide regular project updates, including status, blockers, and open questions.
Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals.
Work with Product Managers to forecast and prioritize research needs.
Organizational Influence
Join cross‑functional initiatives, representing the user voice and helping to drive continuous improvement.
Build user empathy across the organization through readouts and direct feedback.
UXR Influence
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research.
What you bring to the role

You center users in your work. You understand their experiences, emotions, and motivations, and you make sure others understand them too. You use interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover what matters most.

Qualifications and Experience
Required
3–5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries.
Comfortable conducting research in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables.
Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro or Whiteboard.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of the research workflow.
Degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare or medical devices.
Experience conducting research on hardware/physical products.
