An international law firm with a top-tier reputation in investment funds is looking to hire an associate with
2–5 years' PQE
to join its Dublin-based Financial Services practice.
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to advise leading global asset managers and financial institutions on complex and high-value work.
Areas of focus will include:
Structuring and managing alternative investment funds across hedge, private equity, real estate, and closed-end strategies.
Advising on UCITS and ETFs.
Providing regulatory guidance to management companies, AIFMs, UCITS firms, MiFID entities and investment managers.

The practice supports clients throughout the entire investment cycle, from fund formation through to restructuring, and is consistently ranked by leading legal directories.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Irish solicitor with solid funds or investment management experience.
Strong legal drafting and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
