We are looking for chefs to join our new Food & Beverage Offering in Beckett Locke - North Wall Quay and Zanzibar Locke - Ormond Quay in Dublin.

In an (overly simplistic) nutshell our Chefs are;
* Confident, warm and effervescent individuals, focused on curating an experience that each one of our customer desires from the moment they step over our threshold
* Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, lunch/dinner menus and prep for daily sales.
* Ability to prep and execute delivery of hotel events
* Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree.
* Endlessly curious – and always trying to improve and impress the products and customer expectations

Our Chefs don't shy away from the fundamentals either; they embrace our systems and tech and they are eager to learn and evolve.
