Site Quality Lead Opportunity
Key Leadership Role Overview:
This is a pivotal position within the site management team, requiring strong collaboration with operations to ensure safe and high-quality product delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance.
* Lead and manage the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) for the Cavan site, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards.
* Oversee high-risk production processes and canning operations, guaranteeing adherence to food safety protocols.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance, liaising with relevant authorities and external auditors to maintain optimal standards.
* Act as Management Representative for PQAS and maintain BRC accreditation through continuous compliance and audit readiness.
* Lead HACCP implementation and maintenance as HACCP Team Leader, overseeing laboratory operations including product testing and microbiological analysis.
* Manage sanitation and cleaning programs to uphold hygiene standards and regulatory requirements.
