SAP SuccessFactors Expert
To support clients across multiple sectors in digital HR transformation, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional. This role involves leading the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the setup, deployment, and refinement of SAP SuccessFactors components, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
* Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions that drive digital transformation.
* Manage end-to-end project activities, from scoping and blueprinting to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Certification in one or more modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals Management, or Learning Management.
* A deep understanding of HR processes and HRIS best practices is essential.
