Inform3 are recruiting for a very active Munster based contractor who work on residential developments. They would work on houses and apartment developments valued at roughly €5m-€15m. Worked on projects up to €28m in value.
Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Job Location: Cork
Sector: Residential
Salary: €70k - €80k
The Role
* Reporting to Project Manager.
* Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
* Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
* Carry out weekly site meetings
* Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
* Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
Job Requirements
* 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman
* Experience in main contracting
* Must come from a trades background
* Residential experience required
