We are seeking a committed Social Worker to join our clients dedicated Young Adults Mental Health Service, working with individuals aged 16-18 years and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychosocial assessments of young people and their families.
* Detect early warning signs of mental health challenges and intervene accordingly.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
* Collaborate closely with psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, nursing, and educational professionals.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of service users within the wider social care and educational systems.
Evidence-Based Interventions
Our team uses a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)-informed work, and family systems interventions, to address the complex needs of young people.

Essential Criteria
* A recognised qualification in Social Work and registration with CORU.
* Experience working with young people with mental health difficulties and developmental conditions.
* Skilled in assessing young people and their families, including risk and needs assessments.
* Proven ability to deliver evidence-based interventions in a therapeutic setting.
* Sound knowledge of legislation, policy, and safeguarding practices relevant to children and young people in Ireland.
