Senior Cost Estimator - Fitout Projects

As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Detailed Cost Estimates: Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
* Tender Document Review: Carefully examine tender documents and research materials to determine labour, material, and equipment costs.
* Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to collate quotations for materials and services.
* Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to agree project overhead costs and advise on tendering opportunities.
* Project Risk Assessment: Plan project timescales and assess potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree-Qualified Professional: Hold a degree or other relevant qualifications in a related field.
* Industry Experience: Possess significant experience within the fit-out and refurbishment sectors.
* Tender Writing Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in writing PQQ, Bid, and Tender submissions.
* Technical Skills: Possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Estimating software.
