Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Company Accountant with various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including bank reconciliations, purchase invoices, and sales invoices.
Giving excellent customer service skills is key here as you'll interact daily with customers on their accounts.

1. Able to work independently with minimal supervision yet still thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2. Flexible approach required due to changing workload demands from senior management who can require Ad-hoc requests at short notice
