Financial Operations Specialist
The role of Financial Operations Specialist is a critical position within our organization. It involves overseeing the financial activities of our care home group, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Billing and income management to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
* Credit control and query resolution to prevent and address any discrepancies in financial records.
* Reporting and analysis to provide valuable insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Process improvement to optimize financial processes and reduce costs.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the post holder will be required to perform ad hoc finance administration duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced finance department with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
* Practical knowledge of computerized accounts packages and excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Good analytical and numeracy skills to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
