CCTV and Security Systems Installation Manager
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of security system installations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the installation of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, intercoms, and related security systems.
* Supervise and support installation technicians across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
* Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and provide accurate installation plans and timelines.
Planning and Scheduling:
Ensure all installations meet PSA (Private Security Authority) standards and other applicable Irish regulations.
Liaising with Clients:
Liaise directly with clients to assess needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Team Management:
Management & assessment of subcontractors' quality of work & their ability to maintain scope program.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. Strong knowledge of security system products from brands such as Hikvision, Honeywell, Paxton, and Dahua.
Requirements:
* Valid PSA Licence (Installer and/or Contractor)
* Familiarity with relevant Irish standards
* Excellent communication, planning, and troubleshooting skills
