The Fig Tree Restaurant - located on the grounds of Dromoland Castle Resort require Full Time Food and Beverage Servers working 5 over 7 days. The Fig Tree Restaurant opens Monday to Sunday serving Breakfast between 10:00am to 11:30am / Lunch 11:30am to 4:30pm / Dinner 5:00pm - Last sitting 8:30pm.
Overview of Role:
* Working 5 over 7 days (Monday to Sunday) - Shifts vary across F&B positions so flexibility is a must.
* Set up of Tables, retrieving and serving beverages and food orders to guest tables according to five-star standards.
* Provide excellent customer service and engagement.
* Assist with private parties / corporate functions.
* Assist with training of junior waiters/waitresses.
* Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlet on the Resort when the need arises.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 1+ years working experience in a similar environment
* Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality.
* Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
* Flexibility required in terms of working hours.
