Are you an experienced Hotel Receptionist looking for a new challenge? The Morrison, Curio Collection by Hotel is excited to welcome a talented individual to join our Front Desk team.
About Us: At The Morrison, Curio Collection by Hilton, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Our Front Desk team plays a vital role in ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of 1 year of Front Desk experience in a 5-star hotel.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, showcasing strong customer service skills.
* Proficiency in IT and telephone systems.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland on a full-time basis, as this is afull-time position.
Desired Skills: While not mandatory, the following skills are desirable:
* Experience with Hilton OnQ software is ideal, but not a deal-breaker!
