Our client is looking for a highly organized and versatile Finance & Operations Manager to join their dynamic SME team. This role combines financial management with operational responsibilities, including office administration, stock control, scheduling dispatch, and costing for trade shows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly management reports. Responsible for cash flow monitoring. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for trade shows and events. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement activities. Ensure smooth communication between departments and external partners. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control systems. Oversight of schedule and coordination of the dispatch of goods to customers and events. Track and manage lead times on stock to ensure timely delivery. Prepare detailed costings for trade shows and promotional events. Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to optimize costs and timelines. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in an SME. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management. Proficiency in accounting and stock control software Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
