Executive Chef
As a senior culinary professional, you will lead kitchen operations at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square.
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food production.
* Mentor junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Support the Head Chef in their duties, deputising when necessary.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience as a chef in hotels or similar establishments.
* A relentless focus on quality and attention to detail.
* A qualification in culinary arts (desired but not essential).
* A personal drive to develop and learn in your role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
