Operations Manager - HVAC - Dublin, (Ireland)
This position liaises and reports direct to senior management, and office/admin staff.
The candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work on their own initiative, with the ability to take sole responsibility for:
* Overseeing general day-to-day operations of HVAC Installation/PPM/service staff.
* Assisting with Site Surveys & Quotations
* Scheduling upcoming pipeline works (typically 6 weeks ahead).
* Liaising with clients on behalf of the company and assisting with completing pre-requirements such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Scheduling, etc
* Completing pre-commencement site surveys with other staff members to compile estimated/final equipment orders ahead of project commencement.
* Managing the installation/service team(s) on site(s) when works commence for the project(s).
* Ensuring projects are kept on schedule, and on budget for both the company and the client.
* Overseeing commissioning procedures and highlight any snagging items if ever required.
* Handover and demonstration to client.
Salary: DOE
Previous experience in the Mechanical / HVAC industry should be clearly highlight as this will be deemed an advantage.
Over 90% of works are based within Dublin / Greater Dublin area. Offices are based in Ballymount Dublin 24, which should be considered for those living outside this area.
