Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing monthly payroll processing for UK and ROI teams, including pensions and HMRC/Revenue submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales ledger: allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with credit control
• Support the purchase ledger: process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile supplier statements
• Maintain a fixed asset register and perform monthly reconciliations
• Carry out bank reconciliations, margin and stock analysis, and support internal reporting
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in finance roles
• End-to-end payroll experience
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Sage (UK/ROI) or similar payroll/accounting software
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Working towards IATI or CIPP; Experience with Navision/Business Central desirable
