Customer Service Advisor – Asset Finance – Collections &
Recoveries
11 Month contract
5 days onstie - Dublin 2
Salary - €35,000 yearly
€16 per hour
Responsibilities:
• As the first point of contact for customers with arrears, you will provide outstanding service in
every interaction with customers whose needs are predominantly service focussed, helping the
organisation to achieve its goals
• You will manage a portfolio of customers that will require appropriate support in resolving
their arrears position, working closely with your team and line manager you will propose
solutions and options for the customers in your portfolio.
• Support management to enhance and develop the operating model, providing insight and
suggestions to support the continuous improvement of all processes
• Understand the main risks arising in your area of responsibility and how to mitigate them
Requirements:
Essential
• Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level
in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths) and or 5+ years post Leaving
Certificate experience
• APA qualification (Loans/ Regulations & Savings and Investments)
Desired
• QFA
• Experience of working in an arrears department
• You will have strong customer service skills and ideally have experience working in a financial institution
