Main Duties & Responsibilities Include: Main contributor to all Rooms Division and external operational briefs and planning meetings. Ensures that the team perform in accordance with the divisional SOP guidelines, while at the same time challenges these guidelines and suggests improvements. Proactively maximizes revenue opportunities and ensures that the Front Desk Agents are assisting in achieving key departmental targets. Focuses on the thorough and creative planning of day and night rooms operations pertaining to the arrival experience, lobby management, Concierge experience, guest recognition program, inventory management & departure experience. Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
