We are currently recruiting a Temporary Part Time HR Administrator to join our HR Team in our Centre Park Road Branch in Cork. This position is for approximately 6-9 months.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will assist the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in executing the day-to-day responsibilities of HR operations throughout the Company.

The role is 16hrs per week and is fully office based at our Centre Park Road branch.

As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Recruitment:

· Advertising of all roles (Support, Office and Retail)

· Short-listing of applicants

· Arranging interviews for managers

· Drafting and issuing contracts and offer letters

2. HR

· Full HR Life-cycle support to include onboarding and exit interviews

· Monitoring of probation periods and scheduling probation reviews

· Ensuring all HR documentation/forms are filed electronically and in a timely manner, working with Managers to ensure same

· Advising on ad hoc queries from managers and employees

· Managing and updating employee files

· Drafting employee letters and documentation

· Using and managing approvals through Adobe

THE PERSON WE NEED:

· Is an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic individual

· Will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be able to juggle managing a busy workload with providing excellent service to our stakeholders.

· Will have excellent administration skills with a keen eye for details and a proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Will have a demonstrated knowledge of current employment legislation.

Contract length: 6-9 months

Pay: From €1.00 per hour
