Electrical Project Manager - HV Projects Location: Ireland Industry: Transmission & Distribution Scope of Work: A key role in the continued growth of this business that will take control of the electrical scope on HV transmission projects across Ireland, from concept and pre-construction, through construction and commissioning, to handover. Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in delivering High-Voltage electrical projects? Do you want to get involved in critical infrastructure projects that contribute to Ireland's grid resilience and development? Turner Lovell is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to join a leading, highly innovative, multi-national engineering services company in Ireland. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right individual to join a well established, highly regarded business that is experiencing growth in their power and energy business unit through their success in delivering transmission projects. You will work directly and effectively with a range of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle such as Renewable project developers, Local Authorities, ESB Networks, and others. With the support or the wider team, your responsibilities will include: Ensure the scope of works is delivered in a safe manner, on time, to the required quality standards, meeting the acceptance criteria and achieving the expected financial outcomes. Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects. Strong Electrical Systems experience with good knowledge of Commissioning activities. Planning of all resources including labour, materials and specialist sub-contractors. Manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines. Ensuring the adherence to EHS and Quality standards, as per the contract documentation. The ideal profile is someone with: Ambitions to progress to a Contract Manager role in future. 5 - 7 years previous experience in Project Management with a recognised Electrical trade or main contractor. Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects Experienced dealing with Labour Management. Experienced in design and build type projects. EHS Knowledge and application. Experienced in complex Electrical Services work.
