Job Title: Technical Project Lead
Are you an accomplished civils project professional with experience in pavement, roadworks, and finishing works? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our team on large-scale projects in County Mayo.
This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. You will report directly to the Project Director and work closely with the design team to ensure quality delivery and control of construction projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project team and oversee the execution of projects from conceptualization to completion
* Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with the design team to review submissions, ensure quality standards, and advise on necessary modifications to detailed road designs
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide technical expertise and resolve issues as required
* Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans to maintain project momentum
