Senior Electrical Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering group, you will be responsible for providing technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical assemblies, PCBAs and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical assemblies, PCBAs and subsystems.
2. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.
3. Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.
4. Participate in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for electrical manufacturing processes.
5. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems used in production.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
2. Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
3. Hands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, X-ray/CT for PCBA analysis).
4. Proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settings.
5. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
6. An excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
7. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
