About the Role
The Compliance Governance & Operations Manager – Commercial Banking will play a key role in supporting the Compliance & Sustainability Lead in various compliance-related activities.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Compliance & Sustainability Lead in developing frameworks and standards.
* Embed ESG and risk considerations into procurement processes.
* Maintain and update compliance policies.
* Conduct risk assessments and internal audits.
* Partner with business units to mitigate procurement risks.
* Act as main contact for regulators.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes and enforce compliance policies.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management in a financial services setting.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in risk assessments, policy development, audits, and regulatory engagement.
* Skilled in translating complex regulations into practical policies.
* Familiar with compliance systems and tools.
