Conveyancing Solicitor Vacancy
The client requires a conveyancing solicitor with one/two years post-qualification experience to work closely with a partner in a small firm located in Dublin City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Residential and commercial conveyancing;
* Commercial lease negotiations;
* Landlord and tenant issues (Commercial and residential);
* Title investigation and rectification services;
* Drafting and negotiating banking and security documentation;
* Familiarity with probate procedures is advantageous but not essential.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Admission as a solicitor in Ireland;
* One/two years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing;
* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing laws and regulations;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
