Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Assistant & Customer Service Representative based in Dublin. The role involves assisting with visa and immigration applications, providing customer service to clients, offering support throughout their immigration process, and helping ensure a smooth relocation experience. The candidate will address client inquiries in a professional manner, maintain accurate documentation, and provide Mandarin language support when required. Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships and maintain a professional demeanor
* Experience in customer service, customer support, and a focus on delivering customer satisfaction
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
* Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Familiarity with immigration processes or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
