to support live residential housing developments across Ireland. This is an excellent

About The Role
As Project Administrator, you will work closely with the company's QS and Project Management team, gaining hands-on experience across
all stages of construction projects
, including planning, design, pre‑construction, construction, and conveyancing. [
Key Duties
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
* Assist with scheduling, programming, and project planning
* Support tracking of project budgets, timelines, and progress
* Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources
* Assist with documentation, reporting, and project administration
* Support health & safety compliance
* Provide general project support and take on ad‑hoc tasks as needed

* Motivated, proactive, and organised
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable using tech tools (Email, Excel, apps)
* Fast learner with initiative
* No experience required — full training provided
