My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join their team in Bray. This is a temporary position for 5 months with both 3 days per week or 5 mornings options available.
Responsibilities.
1. Converting leads in CRM and managing the separate lead tracking spreadsheet
2. Assigning leads to the appropriate salesperson based on market size
3. Creating new accounts in Salesforce using sales-provided information (via CreditSafe)
4. Creating Groups and maintaining accounts within Salesforce
5. Creating generic affiliates for new accounts going live
6. Supporting Operations with affiliate creation for new payrolls
7. Creating and maintaining contact roles
8. Supporting the sales teams with Salesforce-related queries (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
9. Ensuring general data stewardship, data accuracy, and ongoing data hygiene
Sales Responsibilities
10. Managing training and payslip sales
11. Interacting with and supporting customers
12. Managing and maintaining Excel trackers and reports
13. Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to other teams as required
