Breakfast Supervisor
We are seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor with experience in Food and Beverage management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor:
· Lead the team and execute our strategies to achieve goals.
· People leadership, including retaining and developing employees.
· Support the Restaurant Manager in the strategic running of the Restaurant for Breakfast service for guests.
· Breakfast Shifts Start 7.30 am to 12.30 pm or 8am to 1pm
· Evening Shifts x 2 per week pm
Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor Requirements:
· Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a Hotel/ Restaurant or Busy Food Serving Restaurant.
· Excellent Leadership skills.
· High standards and attention to detail.
· An excellent focus on our customers.
· Excellent organisational skills
· Deal with complaints/queries in an attentive and courteous manner
