Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a leading global organisation is seeking a motivated and experiencedHR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a fabulous opportunity to contribute both locally and globally, supporting the business in Dublin city while also acting as the HR lead in Europe. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a coaching mindset, and a passion for talent development.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
* Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts.
* Support managers in building development plans and fostering a feedback-driven culture.
* Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions.
* Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively.
* Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.
* Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
* Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects
* Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement.

Skills and experience required:

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
* Degree in HR or other related subject
* Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
* Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Fluency in French is an advantage.
* Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential
