* Nursing Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that address the specific healthcare deficits and goals of each resident.
* Medication Management: Oversee the medical needs of residents, ensuring accurate medication management and delegation to other disciplines as required.
* Resident Support: Foster a supportive environment that respects and values the personal development, quality of life, and abilities of our residents.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement, and review programs that meet the identified needs of our residents.
Maintenance of Records: Maintain accurate, detailed records for each resident, adhering to principles of confidentiality, data protection, legislation, GDPR, and Freedom of Information.
