Cloud Architect Role
About the Position:
The AWS Industries team seeks an experienced Cloud Architect to help industry customers drive their digital transformation journeys. This key role focuses on designing cloud architectures using AWS services and collaborating with enterprise-scale organizations to adopt cloud technology.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with customers to design scalable cloud solutions
* Engage with large organizations to help them migrate existing workloads to the cloud
* Advise on business challenges such as rapidly releasing products or services, and building applications that scale
* Collaborate with product owners to influence product direction and develop new markets
* Define patterns and trends across industries to accelerate innovation
* Technical expertise in cloud architecture and one or two areas of technical specialization
* Business acumen and ability to lead technology discussions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Aptitude for strategic account management
