Job Description
We looking for an IT Technician to join our team temporarily.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills further.
1. Provide IT and desktop support to all users across a multi-site business
2. Build and maintain end point devices to meet the business needs
3. Support Microsoft applications and telecoms systems
4. Assist in maintaining a thorough backup and disaster recovery strategy
5. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support business operations
6. Configure and support Microsoft applications
7. Ensure all statutory and legal IT requirements are met
Qualifications
8. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
9. General IT support skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
10. Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
11. Experience supporting telecoms systems (traditional and digital)
12. Experience supporting users in a remote environment
13. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
