We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented leader who can set the vision for our analytics practice, drive high-quality measurement frameworks, and enable data-informed decision-making across all digital products.This role will own the development of our analytics strategy - championing robust tracking, meaningful insight generation, experimentation excellence, and the continuous optimisation of client experiences. You will play a critical part in shaping and maturing our in-house Digital Performance practice.The successful candidate will play a key role within All human's Digital Performance team - a collaborative group of UX Researchers, Data Analysts, Developers, and CRO specialists - who work together to deliver research-and data-driven insights and experiments that improve conversions, engagement, and overall digital performance for our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & StrategyDefine and drive the overall web analytics strategy, ensuring high-quality measurement, insight, and optimisation across client engagements.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, supporting skills development, analytical excellence, and data literacy across the organisation.Act as the senior point of contact for analytics, advising clients and internal stakeholders on best practices, frameworks, and emerging industry trends.Partner closely with UX, research, CRO, and development disciplines to ensure analytics is embedded end-to-end in digital product workflows.Analytics OwnershipOversee the design and implementation of analytics tracking architectures (GA4, GTM, server-side tagging where relevant) to ensure accurate, scalable measurement.Own the governance, documentation, and quality of analytics implementations, ensuring consistency and reliability across all projects.Lead the translation of data into clear, actionable insights that support product evolution, optimisation strategies, and business decision-making.Guide the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that enable clients to self-serve and understand their digital performance.Advanced Data & Technical ResponsibilitiesOversee and support advanced analysis using BigQuery, SQL, Python, and relevant AI-powered tooling to automate workflows and enhance analytical depth.Ensure robust data QA processes across GA4, Firebase Analytics, and other measurement platforms, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Maintain high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and ethical data usage across all analytics processes.Experimentation & OptimisationChampion a structured experimentation programme across clients, ensuring rigorous hypothesis creation, test setup, implementation, and statistical evaluation.Oversee A/B and multivariate testing using tools such as Convert and WebTrends Optimize, ensuring experiments are robust, measurable, and strategically aligned.Ensure insights from testing are effectively communicated and fed back into product roadmaps.THE CANDIDATEExperience & Skill SetBachelor's degree in a Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline.7+ years of experience in digital analytics, with proven experience leading teams or managing an analytics function.Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery, with strong data modelling, tracking design, and implementation experience.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, including A/B and MVT testing.Proficiency in SQL, Python for data exploration or automation is a strong advantage.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and elevate analytics maturity across an organisation.
