We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the optimal functioning of our hotel facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a skilled maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a skilled maintenance team
* Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive planned preventive maintenance program
* HVAC & BMS Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems & BMS
