Our client based just outside Cavan town are seeking to recruit an Accounts Technician /Assistant Accountant to join their team.
This is a permanent role with the option to work either full time or Part time depending on your requirements.
This is a standalone position, and you work closely with a third-party Accounting Practice and senior management.
Reporting directly to the Managing director, you will have the following responsibilities, Key Responsibilities: Maintain company accounts to trial balance Manage invoicing and transaction processing using Sage Support cash flow management and assist in financial planning Process monthly payroll Collaborate with the external accountant for month-end and year-end procedures Perform general office administration and document management duties Ensure financial compliance and record-keeping are accurate and up to date Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role Proficient in Sage Accounting Software Multicurrency experience advantage (GBP) Strong attention to detail and highly organised Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills For full details and to apply in strict confidence, send a current CV to Elizabeth Brannigan FRS Recruitment via link provided.
