Job Description for Business Support Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Business Support Team, including the Recruitment Administrator
* Maintain and manage teams' mailboxes
* Lead a team of 6 members
* Coordinate workload and ensure efficient task allocation
* Cover annual leave and provide guidance and support to team members
* Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings
* Oversee the requisition system to streamline office operations
* E nsure a smooth-running office environment, including stationary orders and other administrative tasks
* Develop and oversee the induction process for new starters
* Run various sales reports to inform business decisions
* Coordinate diaries for departments and manage room bookings and lunch orders
