Overview
To ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively during the Twilight Shift and provides our customers with excellent quality products and services.
Main Duties
* To actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same.
* To bake goods whilst carefully following recipes to ensure consistency throughout our product range.
* To ensure the highest standard of bakery products are made during the twilight shift.
* To ensure weekly stocktaking procedures are adhered to in the Bakery.
* To ensure waste is kept to a minimum.
* To ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
* To maintain quality procedures and focus on continuous improvement.
* To seek to enhance product knowledge by gaining information from a range of sources and to share this product knowledge with staff and customers.
* To ensure hygiene standards are to the highest standards including a comprehensive HACCP plan and appropriate staff training.
* To be aware of and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations relevant to your department and to notify any breaches to management.
* To perform any other duties as directed to you by management from time to time.
