They have a proven track-record in delivering exceptional Buildings for over 2 decades, offering services from Master-planning through to Interior Design.
The Role
Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add a strong Project Architect to its ranks. The successful candidate may be involved in a number of projects at various stages, which may include an element of site-based work at times.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with projects from inception through to Construction stages, and will have up to date Revit skills as this Practice is fully-Revit.
Required Background
A member of the RIAI or eligible for Membership
5+ years’ experience in the industry
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
Revit experience is a must
Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
Prior experience in overseeing projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial
Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
Must have excellent communication skills
Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
