Position: Branch Marketing Coordinator
The Branch Marketing Coordinator supports a network of branches in delivering effective, locally relevant marketing activity that drives footfall, trade customer engagement, and sales growth. The role acts as a key link between branches and the central marketing function, ensuring campaigns are executed consistently while adapting to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support the rollout of national and supplier-led campaigns across all branches.
Assist branches in developing annual local marketing plans.
Work closely with Branch and Regional Managers to identify local sales opportunities and marketing needs.
Coordinate in-branch promotions, trade events, supplier days, and product demonstrations.
Ensure all branches maintain strong visual standards, including signage, point-of-sale, and promotional displays.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives targeting trade and retail customers.
Collaborate with suppliers to maximise in-branch activation and promotional opportunities.
Support local social media activity and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to the central marketing team.
Act as a point of contact for branches requiring marketing support or materials.
Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Key Skills & Competencies
Understanding of the builders merchants or construction supply industry (desirable).
Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with branch teams and suppliers.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple branches and priorities.
Hands‑on, proactive approach with a willingness to be present in branches.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.

Job Details
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Full clean driving licence necessary.
