About Us
Extreme Balconies is a leading manufacturer and installer of balcony systems, delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Contract / Operations Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning through to completion.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of multiple projects, ensuring materials, site teams, and logistics are coordinated effectively. This role requires a strong construction background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work closely with design, production, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with the design team to organise and plan projects from concept to delivery
* Oversee the procurement and coordination of all materials for projects
* Plan, schedule, and manage transport and logistics for materials to site
* Coordinate and support site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
* Assist site management on large-scale projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Monitor progress, costs, and resources, providing regular updates to senior management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a construction operations or contract management role
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Experience in structural steel or balcony installation a significant advantage
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to plan and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
* Competency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Full driving licence required
Schedule
* Monday–Friday (office hours, with occasional flexibility for site visits)
