**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to support the front-line operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager with various administration tasks to ensure high store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and communication skills.
* Motivate team members by challenging them to meet achievable goals, utilizing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Assist team managers on a day-to-day basis across site operations ensuring seamless customer service delivery throughout all locations.
Provide relevant training guidance as required along with ensuring colleagues have information available when needed within KPIs.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable; however, we encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience.
2. Prior experience working in fast-paced environments where time-sensitive deadlines were applicable would be beneficial. :',
