We’re partnering with a market-leading, employee-owned security systems integrator to find an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team.
With a strong reputation in the enterprise security market — working across data centres, pharma, manufacturing, real estate, and technology sectors — this company has quickly become one of Ireland’s top three players. Their growth speaks for itself: a multi- million euro annual turnover and a team of 60+ dedicated professionals.
🔑 The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and managing key client relationships within the enterprise sector.
You’ll join a high-performing sales team, report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with senior leadership to expand the company’s footprint across Ireland.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Identifying and developing new opportunities in access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.
* Building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.
* Managing your sales pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring a consistent flow of quality opportunities.
* Working closely with the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction.
* Contributing to the continued success of a growing, employee-owned business that values innovation, autonomy, and teamwork.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
* Proven sales experience in security systems integration, ideally with a focus on access control
* A technical understanding of integrated security systems — ex-engineers or project managers who’ve moved into sales have thrived with our client.
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to generate leads, manage your own territory, and close complex deals.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
