About the RoleWe are seeking a Soft Play Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our busy soft play centre. The role includes managing staff, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness, managing stock control and delivering excellent customer service.Key responsibilities-Oversee daily operations, ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.-Supervise staff; manage weekly staff rotas-Enforce health & safety compliance, and maintain hygiene standards.-Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and complaints professionally.-Manage bookings, parties and school tours.-Support café/food retail operations, stock control, and cash handling.-Oversee social media content to boost engagement.RequirementsExperience in similar leadership roles-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.-Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.-Experience with staff scheduling.-First Aid certification (training can be provided)-Manual Handling (training can be provided)Job Type: Part-timePay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 22 per weekBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
