Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all phases of project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. They will also ensure accurate documentation and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is performed according to specifications and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential contracting, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and safety standards.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
