We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our hotel team in Co. Kerry.
The role of the Assistant Hotel Manager includes supporting the General Manager with daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to ensure seamless hotel management.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in hospitality management within a busy hotel environment.
* Able to work effectively in a team setting.
* Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills are essential for this position.
* A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with colleagues and guests is required.
* Possesses strong organizational abilities and can delegate tasks efficiently to others.
