Job Title: Quality Control Instrumentation Analyst
A 12-month contract position in the QC Department, managing laboratory instrumentation calibration and unplanned maintenance programme.
* Liaise with Agilent to coordinate calibration schedule
* Review Laboratory Calibration/Qualification documentation
* Review equipment unplanned maintenance reports
* Manage changes to instruments, instrument relocations, and decommissioning of instruments
* Troubleshoot laboratory equipment
* Manage purchase of new instruments and related installation operation qualification reports
* Develop procedures and ensure equipment procedures are up-to-date
* Conduct instrumentation calibration investigations
* Support implementation and qualification of analytical instruments
* Ensure GMP compliance of laboratory operations and documentation
This role requires a strong understanding of quality control operations, experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, and knowledge of regulatory agency audits and laboratory GMPs.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Analytical Science, Chemistry or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience with regulatory agency audits and laboratory GMPs
* Strong ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
About the Job
This position is part of the Instrumentation group in the QC Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the QC Team Lead and other teams to ensure effective management of laboratory instrumentation.
